Failed to restore the device. There was an internal error or Error 3200: this indicates a problem with network connectivity or traffic. If this error appears, wait one hour minimum and try again.
 
 
This device can not be read for the requested compilation: sometimes also shown as an "error 3194". If you receive this alert, update to the latest version of iTunes.
 
 
Can not find the resources needed: this alert message appears if the device has a version of iOS newest of which is available on iTunes. To solve this alert message, go to Settings> General> About and check the version of iOS device. Unable to install an older version of iOS on a newer.
