A friend happened to him after that, follow these instructions. 

 

1-Download this: http://www.firedrive.com/file/DE2B1AA59E5E6CE5 

2 Unzip and connect the phone to pc via usb. 

3 Now when you've unpacked, creates a command window on the "win" folder to make it select the folder, select mayus and right click on the folder, there select open command window. 

4 Enter the following commands: 

adb devices 

adb reboot recovery 

5-When you are in recovery, do wipe data / factory reset and below the main menu click reboot system now. Now, run the terminal as if you had released: D.
