Saving function data of some Motorola devices prevents Google Play download applications if the device is not connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you want to download applications from Google Play while you are connected to a mobile data network, you must disable this feature. To do this, follow the steps below.
On the desktop, go to menu, then tap Settings.
Scroll down and select Battery & data manager.
Select the option of saving data.
Check the box to enable saving data is cleared.
