Hello,

To make sure the handling to be performed here is the complete handling:
I invite you to perform a "hard reset" of your product.

The operation is to perform a key combination via your product for a period of a few seconds. (Cell off)

* First press: Key Volume Up and Volume Down + Central button + Power Button.

* Once the mobile is on, release "ONLY" the Power button.

* The display will show a green Android man (coated, open belly)
At this point, release the pressure from the various keys.

* Press the Volume Down button + Power for 2 seconds.

* It appears a textual menu. Highlight and press the "Factory Reset" and finalize the transaction by "Reboot System Now". (with the up and down arrows if necessary)

* Confirm the operation by pressing the central button.

The mobile will perform a "Reboot" and prompt you to perform a new configuration. This may take 2-5 minutes.

This will impact on the internal memory of your product, which will be reset, so you will lose all administrative data (contacts, calendar, calendar, sms ...) and all applications previously downloaded.
