Hard reset on your LG G4
We teach you how to make a hard reset on your LG G4 to be like new again.

If you've recently bought a LG G4, and have noticed that the smartphone has not responded as it should, or that something in the phone ends not work very well, the best solution is to perform a hard reset to return the LG G4 configuration factory defaults.
This is a common way to solve many of the problems due to bad configurations or conflicts with applications. One of the benefits of doing a factory reset of the LG G4 is going to get a new start for the device, and this will cause the smartphone to operate as if no one had fretted yet.
Here we leave instructions on how to make hard reset LG G4 to return to the factory settings.
Before performing this process we recommend that you back up all data you do not want to lose, photos, videos, music, contacts, then leave the hard reset your phone as if you just stepped out of the box.

LG G4, factory data reset a hard reset
Now, if you've decided to go ahead, follow these instructions.
There are two different ways to run the hard reset on the device. Through LG G4 menu using the touch screen or without the same through the physical buttons on the device screen.
To do this from the menu, assuming that you can turn on and use your phone, simply go to the section G4 LG notification and select the gear icon to configuration settings appear.
From the Settings page, select the backup and restart option and you must select the option to restore factory data.
If you're using this first option follow these steps:

Turn on the LG G4

Make sure the battery is full

Make sure you have backed up all important data

Turn on the phone

Then access the Settings / Settings> Backup and Restore menu> Factory data reset> Reset the device

Choose clear all

Your LG G4 will manage the process of restoring the factory settings. You'll have to wait several minutes until the device automatically restarts.
If you're using the second option because you prefer, or because you can not use the phone in the normal way, you have to use the physical buttons on the phone.
If you're using the second option, follow these steps:

Make sure the battery is full

Make sure you have backed up all important data

Turn off your phone

Press and hold the Volume Down key + Turn key simultaneously. You will see a logo on the screen of LG.

Release the power key, and then press it again immediately

Use the volume keys to scroll yes or no

Use the power button to confirm your selection and confirm the reset.
If point 4 has not worked for you, continues:

(4) Press and hold the Volume Up button + Home button + Power button simultaneously until a logo appears onscreen.

(5) Using the volume buttons select the option to clear Reset data / factory and press the power button to select it.

(6) Use the volume and select Yes - delete all user data and press Power to confirm.

After the LG G4 restarts, then use the power button normally.
When you come back on all data and settings will be deleted and will be ready to reconfigure.
In this way we will have our mobile phone like new.
