1 we press the START key
2 then VOL -
3 then POWER key
4 team vibrate and release the POWER key.
in some LG directly start the hard reset automatically, in other cases the MENU Android will appear and will have to move with the teclasde vol + - to where it says "wipe data / factory reset" then "yes - delet all user data"
