Problem with the Hard Reset

Hello everyone.

My daughter has forgotten the password for your tablet. I enter the recovery menu to the Hard reset ... but physical buttons volume up and down are not going well and I can not select the appropriate option. On the menu do not drop one by one in the different options, one option is skipped.

Someone can lend a hand.

Man if you put evil purpose password enough times should ask a security question that you yourselves treasures into the ignition and start google accounts.
Or at least getting an unlock pattern so you ask.

If you do not work very well the physical volume buttons and so to access the options, you have few options:

I use a philz TOUCH recovery and management with the touch screen itself without touching any hardware button.

Your problem you have in the volume keys and do not work very well no you can move properly for recovery stock you have, but if you could enter the DOWNLOAD mode and use the Odin program if they could set up the recovery of which I speak without problems.

First of all I would ask one thing: Does the tablet warranty ?. Because if so it is safer to use the guarantee you fix those buttons and areglado.A issue is perhaps even dirt on the contacts and fix it open and clean.

Hi, I had the same problem. I'll fix it as follows: I uncovered the tab and lift the keyboard connector in the same moment you are in need get the option to confirm, with a thin screwdriver went through the contact keyboard, those left free to remove this connectorvThey are those corresponding to the volume and power button, trying several times got the damn step change in pairs and could select this option.
