You can resolve the error saying: Error processing purchase ([DF-BPA-09]), I'm using the AT & T network and wifi light (dmax) and now I have problems. Below I will tell you how to solve
1. Go to settings
2. Go to Applications and enter
3. In applications give each and choose the following google services framework if it is in other country and if your menu is in English google serives framework.
4. Remove the data you give ok
5. You give subtract the phone and go.
I have a galaxy note i717 at & t and I worked, although I error is different from that are on this forum but equally try not lose anything and if I worked or not current. Thank You.

A common mistake among Android users is to see the error "Error Processing Purchase DF-GAP-09" when trying to purchase or download an application from the Play Store. This error does not allow the download of apps and is something that does not go alone. However, it is easy to correct.

steps:

Go to "Settings".
 than "apps"
In "all" search for the following app: Google Services Framework.
Deletes data to the app
Restart the device.

If the first method did not work, you can try deleting your Google Account from the configuration, provided you delete your account will request a Factory reset, at least you have rooted your device

Assuming that you have rooted your device, follow these steps to delete your Gmail account.

Clears the cache and data from Google Play Store (as in the first method), then reboot your device, and now enters settings-accounts-add account and enter your Gmail account, opens Play Store and you can download from your device .
