The screen appears as soon as you start downloading an application or game, both free and fee. This problem prevents then install or update any app from the Google Play Store ... but fortunately there is a solution.

  • Open the Settings and Applications.
  • Select All.
  • Scroll and enters Google Services Framework.
  • Select Clear data.
  • Go back to the list and enter the Google Play Store.
  • Select Clear Cache and then Clear Data.
  • Restart the device.
Now you can download new apps and games without any problems from the Google Play Store.
Having deleted the data of the Google Play Store are back to the default settings of the Google Play also the same, then re-enter your personal preferences in the settings of the Store:
Also in the settings of Android, the Services menu localization removing the check mark in the last entry, putting it back to avoid warnings.
