Problem iCloud and emails iOS

Hello,

 

I have the iphone 5 updated to iOS 8 verision.

The whole process was time well and asked me if I wanted to activate iCloud and put the mail

com my id aplle (gmail account). The process was also good.

 

What happens is that if I go into Settings seek my iphone 5 and iCloud icon and icon twitter (which are 2 news) I appear as if they were disabled. Let's say I can not press enter and configure them. I only see you are there.

 

 

And I also realized that if I go into settings, mail me something similar happens. I see there are all my email accounts but can not select and edit them.

 

Any idea what can happen?

Sign in settings / general / restrictions and uncheck allow changes

I activated the restrictions because I had read that it was recommended to have some activated.
