Problem with wallpaper and various things iPhone 6 ios 8.3

I lead a good week with the iphone ios 6 in 8.3 and I'm finding with some failure, nose if will bug ...

 

The bottom lock screen disappears after a me iphone while at rest, if I desbloquedo and lock again if it appears. If I leave untouched minutes, I disappear.

 

Nor did I get transparent background in folders, I get a dark background cris, though I look I see no option to change this.

 

Siri issue by saying "hey siri" and having activated the id tocuh access is blocked while Siri says that first goal the code to unlock. Should not enter without code, as I have marked you can use Siri with locked mobile ?.

My fails me and people I know either, I do not think it's a bug. Ask the store if you can change the phone.

Restores the problem may be a bad firmware download
