Files required to install or update our LG G2 Android Lollipop LiquidSmooth
The necessary files are limited to the ROM zip file and the file of the Gapps of Google, this at least for those who are coming from a previous version of Android 5.0 Lollipop. Which you want to install from scratch, also will need the zip of SuperSU if you want to get superuser privileges and baseband modem or your model for that screen rotation function.
The files are going to be able to download from the following links:
Recovery updated to its latest version
1 - Upgrading from Another Rom Android 5.0 Lollipop
If now we come from a Rom Android 5.0 Lollipop, such as Evomagix team that last week we share here in Androidsis, the steps are:
Copy the zip of the Rom and The Gapps to the memory of our LG G2
Reboot into Recovery mode.
From the choice we make Wipe Wipe Wipe Dalvik cache and cache.
Since the option select Install zip from the Rom and install.
From the Install option and select the Gapps installed.
Finally since we do a Wipe Wipe cache option and Wipe cache partition.
Reboot system now.
With this setup we will preserve our installed applications and system data and the applications themselves. The only thing we can happen is that some of the applications of Google or self Launcher closures forced us, in which case we will fix entering the menu, applications, select the application that is giving us problems and delete the cache and data.
2 - Installation from scratch (new installation from another version of Android)
Remember that the Recovery must be updated to its latest version, in the case of TWRP 2.8.1 version works perfectly.
Copy the zip of the Rom, the Gapps of Google, the SuperSU and zip baseband our model LG G2.
Reboot into Recovery Mode.
We Wipe data factory reset or what is the same from the Wipe option to select all but the internal memory of the LG G2.
we go to the Install option and flasheamos the zip of Rom.
We go to the Install option Flasheamos again and the zip of the Gapps.
We go to the Install option again and the SuperSU flasheamos Zip.
Again Install and flasheamos our baseband.
We again make a Wipe cache partition and Wipe cache.
Restart from the Reboot system now option.
Now we wait for our LG G2 restart, which will take about ten minutes, and we'll be enjoying the new Android 5.0 Rom for LG Lollipop G2 LiquidSmooth team.
