Volume control does not work

Hi, I have a Z5 and since the previous update the button to turn up the volume stopped working, if someone happened to it as it has repaired thanks

Mmm ... try to restart quickly ... check the manual there is a small hole to insert a needle, it is usually located next to the lid for microsd .... press it until it restarts ... if it works ...
