LG Optimus Pro c660 - Soft Reset and Hard Reset
Hard reset and Soft reset = factory restore, restores the phone software as coming to the factory.
It addresses problems like reboots (Example: Screen branded with LG logo at startup),
when the phone can not turn on, when we forget the password unlock, etc.
Before resetting the phone, please first try to charge the battery,
to back up your important data, if possible, and in most cases take the SIM and SD card.
We have 2 methods to reset to the LG Optimus Pro C660
The simplest way is to do it with the phone software (Soft Reset).
We are going to Menu> Settings> Privacy> Reest. Factory> Reset phone> Erase everything.

The phone will start the process of overall reset.
The other option is using a combination of keys (Hard reset), to do so we must first do the following:

1 Turn off the phone
2 Press the Volume Down + Home Button and key (the one with the picture of the house) the power button (Power).
3 Keep pressed for 10 seconds or until the LG logo appears buttons.
4 Once the logo appears release the power button or Power.
5. wait until your phone displays a screen reset and release the Volume Down button and the start button.
Honestly it is more practical in the first way, but it can happen as we said that not having the phone password can not access it and have no choice but to do it with the keys method.
Caution: If a full reset is performed, all applications and user data will be deleted.
This can not be reversed. Remember to back up important data before performing the hard reset.
