Basically serves three things :
a) Depersonalize the phone , put another way , this serves to eliminate operator applications without rooting the phone , it also eliminates operator logos , whenever a depersonalized version of firmware used.
b ) Flashing serves to force a software update whenever there to another country or operator
c ) This may be useful to revive phones that get stuck on the LG logo
Important: This does not serve to release or flexear the phone, even when a free firmware is installed , the phone will only work with the original operator SIM , also serves to fix phones derecognised the operator or owner of the device .
Method 1 by LG Mobile Updater
This method is official and basically is used to revive phones that get stuck in the initial logo , being an official method does not void the warranty , only requires a phone with a functional USB port , data cable , a computer with operating system windows and internet , the instructions are :
Download LG Mobile support tool from the official site
Run the program and go to software update > emrgencia and recovery mode > type IMEI 15 digit phone
Connect the phone off, battery and wait for the program to download and reinstall the phone firmware

Method 2 firmware using KDZ Updater
This method is theoretical but it is very likely to work , serves to depersonalize , update or reinstall the operating system simply, this requires :
Original Firmware or depersonalized , can be downloaded from lg -phone- firmware dot com

USB Drivers (Download the LG Mobile support tool)
USB Cable and a little patience
procedure:
Run KDZ firmware updater
Install file msmlx.msi
Set the program as follows : Select at Type: 3GQCT in phone mode: DIAG
Press the folder icon and select the firmware KDZ format
Connect the phone in emergency mode as follows : Turn off the device , press the volume keys (Vol + & Vol - ) while the phone is connected to the computer or the power button is pressed, some models may be sufficient to press Vol - or + Vol .
Press Launch Software Updater

No procedure is exempt of risks, it is advisable to perform them only to solve problems, not to mention that most of not all of the software, the hardware can also fail and flash may be wasting time, but you never know .
