iphone 5s if you load, but decreases the% load to off, help!!

Hello, I have problems with my iphone 5s .. I get to be loaded and all goes well until I see instead of loading and decreases the percentage of battery. 

I thought it might be because I used it while I was carrying so I left it charging in locked screen (unworn) and when I look at% was 1% and was shut down. Now I try to turn it on and leaves that has no battery, but if this goes loading ... 

Help I do? 

PS: I have taken good care of the battery, do I meet the charge cycles, etc ...

The 5S should be under warranty (remember they are two years, whatever it says Apple manual), yet neither has met the year. 

You can try to restore as a new iphone but it is likely that the battery is in poor condition and needs to be replaced (remember to backup before). 

If not, make a warranty claim before going to replace parts that will void the warranty.

could you fix it? It's always the same with iphone ... the battery does not last at all. EL I got mine almost all day loading: S
