Through iTunes.
1. Connect your device and open iTunes.
2. If iTunes asks for the security code you can try any of the other two methods or using another computer.
3. Sync the device with iTunes.
4. Restores the device and select " Restore from iTunes backup "choosing your most recent backup copy. Through Search my iPhone.
- 1. Go to icloud.com/#find to erase your device.
- 2. Click on all the devices .
- 3. Select your device and click " Delete ______".
- 4. Restore the iPhone following the instructions of the configuration wizard.
Using Recovery Mode (if they have failed the previous two).
1. Disconnect all cables and turn off the device.
2. Press the Power button and do not let go, without releasing the device connected to iTunes. If not lit press the Power button until you see the screen Connect to iTunes .
3. Click on accept to restore your device once iTunes has detected a terminal in Recovery Mode.
