What happens is that when you upgrade to Apple's mobile operating system, iOS, sometimes the system configuration becomes the default setting in the list of the iPhone or iPad contacts. For that reason you can not upgrade iCloud syncing data, technically the new data are not stored on the agenda that connects to the cloud. The solution? It's as simple as reconfigure the default folder for new contacts that we will be adding to our phone. To this we must:

  1. Open the Settings application on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Then go to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars section.
  3. In the section that is before Contacts select the Default Account option.
  4. Make sure the option chosen here is iCloud.
Unfortunately there is no way to move contacts automatically from one place to another so you have to spend all those listed saved in my phone to iCloud. You have to copy the phone numbers and create new contacts on your list once you have recovered the settings to the default version in iCloud.
