Error security device to connect the charger

Question

I do not know what could have happened but yesterday every time I connect the charger I get the following message
com.samsung.android.sm.devicesecurity has stopped

Answer 1

• Go to "Settings". Enter "Applications" and then "Manage Applications". Select "All".
• Go to "samsung galaxy" and press "Delete data" and "Clear Cache" to delete all data 

method 2

• Go to Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
• Find and tap Settings and then a pressBackup and reset.
• Tap Factory data reset device and touch Reset.

note : Backup your photos contacts before factory reset
