Good day,

I read not remember if it was in an article or in the commentaries which explain the app WhatsApp has a folder where you store the data sent, quite apart from the talks thus doubling the information and obviously takes up space.

My question is: where do I find that folder to empty the data without deleting conversations with their audio files, pictures, etc.?

In advance thanks for the help you can give me.
Greetings.

Hello ,
I say yes helped me but is very laborious be selecting what is to be deleted.

I do not remember where I read that exists in a folder where WhatsApp app that stores everything that is sent and is more practical to erase all of a milestone without fear of deleting files they send to the person.

Anyway thanks

Tako folder that you mention is in the internal memory .... .... and whatsapp folder MEDIA folder.
If you go in there for example whatsapp image you'll see all the images received and a subfolder called SEND which is where you keep what you send.
And so it is within whatsapp image, whatsapp whatsapp audio and video.
Not yet very well when you delete those files when you delete them mobile and when not because some if and one not.
It must be something related to the folder where you have initially sent.
But hey the path to the folder you want is this: Folder SEND

Thanks Manuy

It is assumed that if I delete everything that is in the folder SEND "should not" erase anything that one receives because it is in other folders as you say.

I'm pretty sure I read something in a comment but can not find the article.
