Unfortunately, it is possible that, due to the wide range of possible drivers , video cards and operating systems, hardware 3D acceleration or web ( WebGL ) does not work on my Firefox. In this case, to solve the problems you can disable hardware acceleration and WebGL .

Disable hardware acceleration
At the top of the Firefox window , click the Firefox button and select Options.
Select the Advanced panel.
Select the General tab.
Uncheck 'Use hardware acceleration when possible.
At the top of the Firefox window , click the Firefox button and select Exit .
Start Firefox again.
disable WebGL
In the address bar , type about : config and press Enter.
The about : config "void your warranty ! " or "This might void your warranty ! " may appear. ClickI'll be careful , I promise! orI'll be careful , I promise! , to continue.
In the Filter text box , type webgl.disabled .
Double-click the item to change to webgl.disabled true.
At the top of the Firefox window , click the Firefox button and select Exit .
Start Firefox again.
