If you want a more detailed diagnosis of the problem follow these steps:
Disable automatic restart

Disable automatic restart Windows to read the error message :
Click Start > Control Panel > System (sometimes in the Performance and Maintenance section ) .
Then on the Advanced tab ,
Click the Settings button under " Startup and Recovery "
Finally , uncheck " Automatically restart "

Journaling Event Viewer

Journaling Open Event Viewer to read the error messages. To do this:
Go to Control Panel, then Administrative Tools.
Double-click Computer Management
Open Event Viewer ( System Tools section ) .

Now with words and more appropriate error code in the error message you should do a search on Google so you can find people who have had the same problem and maybe the solution to your problem!

See if your Nvidia card fails . Note when the problem occurs during periods of high stress, as in a game or while playing a video is rendered. If so , there may be a hardware problem .

2
Executes a graphically intense game or other software. Let it run for several hours. Play the fan on your graphics card (if it has one) to see if it starts to spin faster as the program runs. If the program crashes , the computer is locked or if Windows shows you the error message of " blue screen of death " usually is a hardware problem .

Download ATI TechPowerUp.com tools to your desktop and double-click its icon . Tools will test your ATI graphics card to render a graphically complex image. Follow the installation instructions and make a shortcut for the ATI tools on your desktop . Double-click the shortcut to run the program. Click on the " Scan devices" to start testing your graphics card. Allows the test to run for an hour and see if there is a graphical error or "artifacts" produced in the window that shows the " nature " within the ATI tools . If any device is listed , it is likely that your graphics card has a hardware problem and will need to be repaired or replaced.
