Help lenovo a760

Good morning, 

you will see a few days ago I bought a Lenovo A760 multilanguage, but when you turn the mobile I got a message to update the phone. In doing so, the system changed, applications were made in Chinese and I can only choose from Chinese and English. I contacted the store and they sent me the firmware file required to return the multilanguage. My problem is that I have the instructions as in the store only have them in Chinese. Someone can help me? you know where I can get step by step instructions to install the firmware? thanks

Hi I do the same thing happened to you, damn update, please could you send me the file into android multilanguage new or nearly fixed the problem I'd appreciate it.
