Use interval data lollipop 5.1.1 Samsung S6

Question

Hello I would like to know how I can recover the two vertical bars that came out earlier in the diagram using data with which we determined interval defined days of consumption. In my samsung S6  5.1.1 do not have and in my Nexus 4 above if it did.

I guess one of the options would be to install CyanogenMod "ROM", but lose a few features Samsung, especially in the camera.

I think it's the other way around, Samsung has its own customization and changes from pure Android. Surely in any other Smartphone Samsung not go as you comment.
