There are many reasons why it is necessary to format a Smartphone , the most frequent being: slow operation, deletion of storage data or protection of personal files and passwords due to change of owner.

Restoring the Samsung Galaxy J8 to the factory state can be done in three different ways : from the options of the equipment , by means of a hard reset or from speed dial. Which returns the equipment to its default values.

Hard reset (button combination)

Hard reset is a forced formatting method , which restores the factory settings.   2. Then dial the # key .

  4. Your phone will proceed to format and restart with the factory settings.
