I have now solved the problem.
Delete the data and updates the app Google Play services (if they can not do the same with Google Play Games) and install the new app (not from the Play Store, but as an APK from Internet -passe to you that you no virus drauflädst-) ,
Alternatively, there are many possible solutions for Google.de, with the options mentioned above, it was with me again.
