Problem with Play Store

 

you will see from a few days ago trying to get off applications and me the below message: "An error has occurred while processing purchase"

 

anyone know how to fix it?

applications - applications adm - google play - a touch clean cache and data, try this

hello this is the solution I hope they serve hug q:

1.Settings

2.Applications

3.Administrar applications

4.Desinstalar updates "Download Manager"

"com.sec.android.providers.downloads"

If no updates installed "wipe data and cache"
