HTC Desire X - Problem with the google play store

Hello everyone,

when I click on the icon google play store I get a gray screen says there is no connection, but I'm connected to WiFi and other applications are functioning properly, but google + and messenger not work for me.

 

That's a problem with my gmail account or is an application problem ??

This seems to be a problem with your Google account. Have you already accessed via web? Check your account information such as address and password, to see if they're right.

 

If all is well, go to Menu - Applications - Application Management and deletes all data and updates.
