Virus? I can not change wallpaper

This morning I updated the tweaks from cydia like every day there are updates, and has been discharged, Alizhe miweather theme, from the time I Wallpaper Rick Astley (did not know him) and I can not change .. . if I go to settings I see that I have selected the former, but not changed ... 

 

I found something similar to previous years:

Not a virus, it is because of the tweak multitaskingGestures you have it installed from an unofficial repo without pay, if you want the background that disappears uninstall this tweak
