iPhone 4, tied to an Apple ID, I can not change.

I have a problem. I bought an iPhone 4 8Gb White Theme of nostalgia for the collection, hehe. 

The issue is that iTunes tells me that the device is linked to another Apple ID and can not continue. Anyway, lets go and see the menus but you put a SIM and is not recorded. What you restore and back to stay the same and no activation step, as if activated directly and does not recognize the SIM. 

Someone happened or know you can pass?

I guess that iphone 4 with ios will be 7 because if so, no one will be able to help, that's one of the barriers that Apple has to prevent theft cases, you can only do two things and always putting you in touch with seller 

 

1 That you say your apple id and pass 

2 that the seller himself into your iCloud account from any computer and the iphone unlink your account, which you can then restore and activate apple id with you.
