several months and it makes me buy an iphone 4s and is working great, so I upgrade to the standard version of ios7 all ... I got to read about the iCloud and wanted to set it up with such bad luck that already had one preset, which likely is change considering we have no information of the person who sold me and buy it on amazon used and how they I say as I have the time running without any inconvenience ..

It has enabled the iphone get my iphone?, This in iOS 7.0.4? 

 

If both questions are yes, is impossible without knowing the password of the first owner, but hey, you can always send an email, saying that between iCloud and delete the iphone from your account, then you can put it in DFU mode and restore like new and put the iD you want.

Do not worked either option, all you can do is tell you the key to iCloud or the former owner that iphone delete your iCloud.
