How to Stop all applications and leaves restore factory settings

Stop all applications (android.process.acore, key chain, Launcher, services google play, store calendar, calendar, ebay, whatsapp ...). I tried to restore it to factory settings but no way, it restarts just like that. In fact I tried to uninstall applications manually, and start it again applications being there!

Good evening, I contacted Acer support. The next day was no answer in the email telling me how to do a hard reset (volume button - press button on, and when turned on, continue the down volume - button until menu appears where clean MMC is selected). By so doing, it restarts but the smartphone continues with the same problems (applications that stop, low battery temperature, if you delete something, turn it off and then back on again there ...). Finally, the service has ordered collection for repair. This smartphone has a guarantee of 180 days of software and hardware 2 years. I have a smartphone and again. I sent the July 8 and today 23 DHL has brought home. IT WORKS! according to the summary of the SAT I suggest that they have:

1. Recovery Team reinstalling the operating system

2. System Recovery using the Recovery CD

3. The motherboard has been replaced

At the moment everything perfect, very happy thinking that I was going to send budget but apparently was covered by warranty, of course, and I had an Acer F900 (the first that came to the market) and now I have inherited my father, he has split the screen a couple of times (usually sits above it) but as a handyman buying it manages screens on ebay.
