1. Go to the Home screen. 
2. Press the Menu button on the Wireless Controller Xbox One.
3. Select Settings. 
   Note You can say "Xbox, go to Settings" from any screen, but when in the Settings screen, you need a wireless controller to navigate.
4. Select System. screen than
5. Select Factory reset. screen

finally Read the warning and select Yes.
