Force 3G Connection, Auto3G not work on iPhone 5s

Question

Hi I have an Iphone 5s, Auto3G not work, anyone know of any application will maintain q always active 3g?. I'm from Argentina, I have staff taking active 3g and display on the screen when making or receiving a call after a few seconds the icon 3g disappears and I'm out of internet for the duration of the call (you can not check mail, etc) a completed call icon portrays one Edge (E) and stays there, I put in airplane mode q and off to re-scan for networks and retake 3g before had a iphone 5 and if I worked Auto3G and solved my problem, of course thank you very much for your suggestions or comments.
