I wanted to change the theme of my huawei and it does not work, since I downloaded different themes from the application that is by default in that cell phone and it does not work, also and wanted to change the wallpaper to be random but with my photos from the gallery and it does not work for me, any advice you can give me! please! I need help!

My version of EMUI is 4.0 and the android version is 6.0
