When sending a WhatsApp I can not activate the icons. I can only change the languages of Catalan and Castilian.

It is where I have to go to activate ?. The iPhone 4

In Settings -> General -> Keyboard and then add the "emoji" keyboard. I guess you'll iOS 7 or lower. From iOS in August I come enabled by default, but the iPhone 4 can not install iOS 8

Settings -> General -> Keyboards.

I think that's the route to go. Search keyboards.
