How to Start Windows Memory Diagnostic from the desktop of Windows Vista or Windows 7
1.-We will display the Start menu, then click on Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> "Windows Memory Diagnostic".
2. We click "Restart now and check for problems."
3. As the computer automatically appear a DOS window with a menu where you should select the "Windows Memory Diagnostic" option.
4 This will load the application:
With F1 you can choose the type of test that interests us. The more advanced you are, the more it will take to run, but the diagnostic will also be more accurate.
5-When the memory scan is complete, the computer will reboot to restore the normal Windows and should show the test results in a window on your Windows desktop.
This type of test is recommended when a computer is restarted at different levels of operation, to rule or not guilty of memory error.
