Here we point the steps you have to follow if you choose to sync your native email app with Microsoft services: 

 

 

 

Select Email client on the phone. 

 

Press Menu and select "Add Account". 

 

Enter your full Hotmail, eg hotmail or @ estanoesmidirección [email protected] 

 

Enter the password 

 

Select Manual Setup 

 

Select Exchange when asked: "What kind of account is this?". 

 

Domain / User Name, enter the full Hotmail address again. Note: If the device only says "Domain" should be left blank. If the device says "Username" enter your full Hotmail. 

 

Enter the password. 

 

Name. Intro: m.hotmail.com for the server name. (Note: This field may be prefilled incorrectly depending on device). 

Make sure box Use secure connection (SSL) is enabled. 

 

Select Next. 

Select the desired options for the inbox account email checking frequency, number of days to synchronize, send email by default, notifications and sync contacts / calendar. Select Next. 

Depending on the device, it is possible that the account name requested (eg "Hotmail").
