LG G3 , HTC One M8, Moto X (2) or S5?

Question

For me it has come a time to change my Nexus 4 I have in mind these options but not know which one, if someone could help me or give opinions also true. Apart from these phones (Galaxy S5, HTC One M8, the new Moto X or LG G3) I'm also thinking of the Nexus 6 wait Preferably the cell has a good battery that will last me until the end of the day and space MicroSD memory and that's what I do not like the Nexus 4.

If price is no problem s5. 

The lg g3've seen too many mistakes, and just maybe there is but the lag, the heating, the break in the area microphone are quite "normal"

If you care about the design but not elect the m8 is the pointer on power or battery.

if I were you I grab the bike x2 will make it ridiculous to others considering that the past without much hardware was more powerful than the s4, taking into account that offers a plus than any other in android (I checked no speak to speak)
