Which is better HTC One X or motorola moto G?

Question

Fluency, camera, games, in every way which would win.

The Moto G in quality / price seems excellent, I'd be on my hands if it were not for fear or ignorance that I have about the service offered by this brand today in our country (Spain). My idea would be to buy on Amazon but ... 

1. Who should I go down? 

Two. How long does the terminal in my hands again because in Spain Motorola is gone? 

Three. Are you would buy a terminal that has just been acquired by another brand? Here Lenovo. 

For less than 200 € is the most convincing I have a problem but if you fear being alone and that no fix the terminal hence the reason for my doubts.

I'm on the HTC Facebook page, and many complain about their technician support, not if it is true or not, but they show there anger. 

Both are very good truth, I would choose money and Moto  by the level of updates, which always gives a breath of fresh air to mobile and not look like a cell phone and bought 4 months far behind. 

The fear I feel is the motorola service, who also wrote a post to ask any questions you have about it but I have not so lucky in replies.

1. Who should I go down? As well you comment if purchased on Amazon, you will be Amazon who will you turn initially to manage the security 

2. How long does the terminal in my hands again because in Spain Motorola is gone? The warranty period management is not standard and depends on manufacturer, but do not expect to have the terminal in less than a week or two. 

3. Are you would buy a terminal that has just been acquired by another brand? Personally I can let you know that the handset has been manufactured by Motorola, during its passage through Google. It has been a best seller and should continue to support new versions of Google. For the price at which you buy not hesitate even if I say do not update more.
