I have a problem with my laptop, I've put the W8 and I can not turn it off, is that the process is: 

1. Move the mouse to a corner on the right. 

2.-Select Settings. 

Shut 3.- Press (options appear: Suspend, Shutdown, Restart) 

 

When you select Off, the typical message appears Closing Windows but only goes into suspension because pressing any key or move the touchpad, the system is reactivated. So I can not turn it off, I can just leave and Sleep state when the battery charge is not good because the next day is off and turn it on notice that Windows was not closed successfully.

 

Anyone know that is?
