• Restart your device. It may sound simple, but sometimes, this action solves the connection problem.
• If that does not work, alternating the connection between Wi-Fi and mobile data. To do this, do the following:
• Go to Settings> Wireless & networks.
• Turn Wi-Fi and active mobile data to see if there is a difference.
• Not any, turn off the phones and Wi-Fi active data to see if it works.
