Well, let's get in position. This permission is important and what I read in Marshmallow not prompted the user with a dialog box (as we are asked some now for the first time), but you have to give us the app, so Google considered important to create a specific section for it.
Now when you get a message saying that you need a permit if it is a 'toast notification' (the lower that are shaded in dark), it is likely that the app that you need is not where you're at that moment, but one that was intended to appear above the current. This is something like:
You're in an app anyone, you get a message from a Facebook chat and instead of aparecerte your bubble, you get a message like you say. That would mean that Facebook needs permission to overlie the rest.

I've been reading and that's what I understood. So if you have any app that usually shows bubbles (musiXmatch, for example) or any other such thing, look to see if you have the permission enabled. If you do not know, go trying discard.

The second catch is filtering apps that do have the permission enabled, but not all have it activated.

Click on Settings.
We look for the Applications option.
Click on the gear wheel at the top.
Click on Special Access.
Click on Show on other applications.
We deactivate the application that is giving us problems.
If we do not know what it is, we can try or deactivate them all.

Well, this I understand, the topic is, for example, to place ourselves:
- I have installed PDF reader to read pdfs.
- I open the Gmail app and read an email that says I have a mail with an attached pdf.
- I downloaded the pdf and says: qye allow Exchange services can access photos, multimedia and files from your device?
'I give to allow
- I said detected Overlapping screen to change the config of this permit, disable the screen overlay Settings> Applications
'I give to Open settings
- I get settings "write about other applications"

The problem is that the application itself (gmail) is not on the list so I can not disable the screen overlay. And when I cancel it tells me:
"You can save storage without permission"
But if I go to the storage permit app PDF reader if I want to turn me say again: Overlap detected screen .. and it is the fish that bites its tail ...

Well surprise me that does not happen to anyone so I did some google and found the solution, you see that having installed the app LUX LITE which regulates the brightness automatically according to ambient light, in the new update M 6.0 created a conflict in the system that I always got the message "overlay screen detected" and although you deactivate or not to find the app in the list of applications I turned out the message.
I uninstalled the app LUX LITE and fixed.
