What is better dual core cortex a7 (mtk-6572m) or single core cortex a9 (mtk-6575)?

which is better at the same frequency and same amount of ram behaves. also better performance in multimedia, gaming and web pages load. thanks for your answers

auqnue "solo" is cortex A7, mtk6572m must have the highest performance for its higher frequency (1.3 GHz) and being 2 cores. 

 

that integrates the mali400mp2 mtk6572m is quite modern (like 4 years) and better than the SGX531 which integrates mtk6575
