How to change the black keyboard iOS 7.1

Update to iOS 7.1 and I want to change the keyboard setting to dark color but not the function I appears in accessibility, as mentioned in many pages you will find this option in accessibility but really that does not appear to me to choose the dark keyboard how can I do?

That option was on the first Beta of iOS 7.1. 

According lei (do not use any more), he was removed in the second beta. 

Maybe not that option in the final version. 

 

I jailbreak my iPhone and I will not upgrade to 7.1, but someone who can confirm you have updated that option.
