We previously discussed how to prepare to download iOS 7.1, and we have suggested some tips and tricks for OS, now is the time to review some of the most common problems and how to fix iOS 7.1. We refer to the problems of the iPhone throughout the article, but most of the problems and solutions to apply for the iPad and iPod Touch too.
Problem: The hacker can bypass the password to access problems contacts from the lock screen
Yesterday we published this problem with a video which shows how we can reach contacts via Siri.
If you are concerned about this issue, this is easy to control. Just go to Settings> Lock Other> Key and look under Allow access when locked to disable Siri on the lock screen.
Problem: Funds dark screen on top
Many people have complained about the fact that some of his wallpapers have a dark stripe on top after updating to iOS 7.1.
Try a different background.
Wait for the Aple sent an update that can fix the problem.
Problem: rapid battery drain
This problem appeared after iOS 7.1 update. Many iPhones and iPads are having updated quickly drain the battery, with claims that as much as 50 percent of the battery life is disappearing in less than an hour. There are several things worth trying.
Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep / Wake button until the Apple logo appears to reset the device.
Try going to Settings> General> Reset and tap Reset Settings.

Problem: Freezing and delayed iPhone
A few people have encountered a problem that the screen just freezes for a few seconds. You could try resetting the settings through Settings> General> Reset and tap Reset settings.
You can also try a factory reset and restore through iTunes or iCloud.
If that fails, contact Apple.
Problem: Touch ID does not work
The iOS 7.1 update is supposed to improve the function of tactile identifier, but for many users seem to have been a disaster. Some people have reported that Touch ID is now working much better for them, but others are struggling to get it to work at all after the update.
Go to Settings> Touch ID, password and make sure the iPhone Unlock still on. Try turning it off and on.
Try going to Settings> Touch ID and password, then tap each fingerprint that appears and choose Delete fingerprint. When everyone is deleted, try Add a fingerprint and reconfigure. Make sure the start button and have clean hands.
Your final option is to take it to an Apple store and show them the problem.
Problem: Wi-Fi does not work or is not available on the iPhone
We are not surprised to see people with problems of Wi -Fi after iOS 7.1 update; this seems a common complaint every time a new version of the platform.
Try changing airplane mode for 30 seconds or so, then turn it off and try connecting to Wi-Fi again.
Try to hold the Home button and the Sleep / Wake until the device restarts.
Turn off your router off for 30 seconds and then back on.
Try changing the channel on the router and check the other settings.
Make sure the firmware is updated.
Try a factory reset your iPad or iPhone.
Problem: Bluetooth not working properly
Here is another common problem also arose when iOS 7 came out. If you have been having trouble getting Bluetooth devices to connect properly, or Bluetooth transmission was then agitated you are not alone.
Start by holding the Home button and the Sleep / Wake button until the device restarts.
Go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset Network Settings and then configure the Bluetooth pairings again.
Check the manual of your Bluetooth device. Is there a pairing button? Can you delete saved links? Is there a firmware update?
Try a factory reset your iOS device.
Problem: slow keyboard
Very few people have been reporting a significant delay in the keyboard when escribem on your iPad or iPhone after upgrading to iOS 7.1. Fortunately there is an easy solution to this.
Go to Settings> General> Reset and tap Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
Problem: The touchscreen is not responding
There have been some reports of people finding that the touch screen of your iPad or iPhone does not respond after the update iOS 7. This seems to occur intermittently. Sometimes, after a call or when loading or exit an application.
Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep / Wake button until the screen goes blank and exit the Apple logo to restart the device.
Try to restore your device with iTunes.
A solution through an update of Apple seems the best option. Meanwhile you should report the problem to Apple or take the device to an Apple store and show them the problem.
Problem: application downloads seem to be stuck in "Waiting"
Instead of downloading applications and installing the update, the application icon simply shows "Waiting" and never advanced beyond this point.
Performing a hard reset. To do this, press and hold the Home button and the Sleep / Wake button at the same time. It seems to solve the problem.
Open the App Store and sign out of your account Apple. Restart the device. Upon restart, log back in, open the App Store, and retry the download.
The automatic update option is turned off, go to Settings> iTunes and App Store> Automatic Downloads> Updates. Delete the application currently marked as "expects" and re-download the App Store.
