Cannot watch Internet content on the TV due to network problems or a network error.

Follow these steps to resolve the problem: Check if the error continues to occur after completing each step.


  • in the following cases, the service may be temporarily unavailable. Wait a few moments before trying to view the content again.
    • An error occurs only when watching specific videos
    • Feature not available or Service cannot be accessed at this time is displayed .

Troubleshooting procedure

  1. Check if an error code is displayed.
    When accessing or updating Internet content, an error message is generated

  2. Make sure the TV is connected to the Internet.

    NOTE: Skip this step if a network diagnosis has already been performed.

  3. Update the Internet content. (Non-Android TV)

    NOTE: The procedure varies depending on the TV model. For more information, refer to the TV manual.

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select Settings .
    3. Select Network or Network Setup .
    4. Select Refresh Internet Content .
  4. Update the TV software to the latest version.

  5. Disconnect and reconnect the power of the TV.

  6. Reset the cable modem or router.
    1. Unplug the modem or router power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds.
    2. Plug the power cord back into the outlet and wait until the blinking lights indicate that the restart of the modem or router is complete.
  7. Reset the TV to its original factory settings.
