Clear Google Play Store Data

If the problem persists after clearing the cache of Google Play Store and Google Play Services, try clearing Google Play Store data:

  1. Open the Settings menu on your device.

  2. Go to Applications or Application manager (depending on the device used).

  1. Open the Settings menu on your device.

  2. Under Accounts , tap the name of the account you want to remove. If you're using a Google account, tap Google , then tap the account.

  3. Tap the Menu icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.

  4. Tap Delete Account .

  5. Restart your device, re-add your account, then try downloading the app.

Problem: Can't download the app.

Solution: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play > Storage and clear the cache. If you still have problems with the download, remove your Google account from the device.
