Problems with touch ID

The first hello to everyone as I am new in the world both as apple forum. It will make about a month will buy a particular an iphone 5s with that so far I'm satisfied. 

The fact is that to unlock the screen footprint is ever left me in black with the apple for about 10seconds or so, as if lighting ... Theoretically degas the fingerprint in any position that put (reads 360 degrees) pued put mine as a little finger turned does that I comment. There is something to fence my life, but I do not seem normal to do so, see if someone can guide me before taking it to vodafone
