  • If your two consoles, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, are connected to the network wirelessly, try transferring the data using a fixed connection or Ethernet cable.
  • A classic that you were surely expecting: turn off the router and the modem, wait at least five minutes and restart the console.
  • Repeat the process manually. Go to Settings - System - System software - Data transfer.
  • If you only want to transfer saved games, try using a USB. Put the USB in your PS4, copy the data, now put the USB in your PS5 and paste the data.
